Hello
I would like to buy Syberia. Can I play that game on Windows7 (32 bit) Is it necessary that you buy the Syberia 2 also. And when I pay with Pay Pal how long does it take for to have the game?

You can play Syberia on Windows 7. It should work just fine. The only thing that may bother you is the creation of two icons in the Games Explorer. However, this happens with Syberia 2, so I don't know if its true for the first too, but it should be.
You can play Syberia without the need to purchase the second game. Though, if you enjoy the first, I recommend you buy the second game too, its totally worth.
Don't know exactly about this one, as I use Visa for mu purchases. In my case, every game appeared in my account as soon as I made the order. I guess it shouldn't be any different with Paypal.
