MarkoH01: At least for me Syberia 3 is running far from good. It's playable but it also has countless techical flaws which I only try to live with because I like the franchise so much. But since the devs are still patching the game I thought it would be nice if people who also are experiencing technical problems (for me it was stuttering, voice over cut off or pausing mid-scentence, extremely long loading times, loading while changing scenes therefore even more stuttering, vanishing mouse pointer, missing lip-sync - played the German version) could simply post their isuues directly to them and therefore there is still a chance of a later fix.

MarkoH01: I was never able to solve the problem and support never fixed anything as well. So unfortunately I can't help you here. Reloading might help sometimes.
