Hello, being a beginner player, I have difficulty with the mechanics of this game and I ask myself a lot of questions, in general in the game I get the farthest to the fifth floor. (to give you an idea of my "Skil")

1. Is it worth investing my ability points in blades instead of weapons ?

Indeed it's rather painful to be always short of ammunition.

Let's say that if I want to create a character who will be a specialist in hand-to-hand combat, what are the points I have to mount?

2. What are the Might and Finesse stats for?

3. Often in some floors we come across computers, but since I can't either repair them or decipher/extract their contents I wonder what they are for?

Do they tell the events/history of the "Pit" or do they allow us to have blueprints/recipes?

4. If in one of my games, I discover a weapon blueprint or a recipe to create a consumable, and if I get killed or decide to save my game and take on a new character, will the blueprint/recipe be kept for future characters?

5. Still on the same subject for weapons, can we make weapons from blueprints? Or are we simply limited to discovering them in weapon cabinets?

6. For the ingredients that we can eat, how does it work ? I mean do we have to find bluepints/recipes in the Pit to create consumables (I never succeeded personally) or do we have to test randomly place ingredients in the hope of discovering a new recipe ?

7. For a beginner player, should I choose the Marine as a character or another one like the Engineer or the Scout or the Warrior? I don't have any dlc, just the Gold version of the game, and I didn't really understand the Advantages and Weaknesses of each one.

8. Is the end of the game the same no matter which class is chosen? or is it different for each class?

Thanks in advance for your lights.
