Skac: If I've earned an achievement in-game, and for some reason it didn't unlock the Galaxy achievement, there's no way to unlock that at a later time, since apparently they only unlock when they do in the game. If you've done it already, there's no way to redo it, save for removing user data and not logging into that paradox account anymore. It'd be nice to have some kind of workaround, either the ability to delete my achievements that were synced, or to have the game sync achievement status once in a while, and update Galaxy with it.

Please make sure the game was launched via GOG Galaxy.

If so, please send contact us here and send us Galaxy's log files, which can be found here: C:\ProgramData\GOG.com\Galaxy\logs
You can access the directory using the Run... window (WinKey+R key combination) and entering:
%programdata%\GOG.com\Galaxy\Logs
Make sure to shutdown Galaxy first.


In case if you are MAC user; Galaxy logs are located here:
/Users/Shared/GOG.com/Galaxy/Logs
You can open it using the "Go to Folder" command accessible with the Command+Shift+G key combination or selecting Go > Go to Folder from the Finder menu.
In both cases you should add them to a zip archive before sending.
