i tried the suggestions on the support site but it doesn't seem to work.
i can walk, pick things op with E and use the sword with left mousbutton. the only thing i can't do is look around.
i don't have a controller plugged in.
can anyone help?

Sounds like the game window might not be in focus? I can't imagine any other way this could happen.

i think i fixed it. when in windowed mode and not full screen, i noticed a green border around the window. often this means it is opened in a virtualized mode by a antivirus (i use comodo internet security). i added the Supraland-Win64-Shipping.exe as a thrusted application and it worked. what is this .exe btw? what has shipping got to do with a pc game :P

That's how Unreal Engine 4 names one of the generated binaries by the end of the engine's compilation. I think the principle is to point directly to the current release version of the game, when there are eventually several versions installed (correct me if I'm wrong).
