I second this question. The VR version is available on Steam, discounted at present but I want a DRM-free version. Is Valve going for exclusivity or are VR games too great a support burden for GOG?

Well , Hellbalde VR is here , included with the original game ....but yea , I want it for VR . Maybe it works automatically , like HL2 Update ...
