To keep it simple, here's where the patches are:

Sunrider: Mask of Arcadius
Sunrider: Liberation Day (use the mirror link as the first one no longer works)
Sunrider Academy

Follow instructions and enjoy.
So, GOG versions does need the de-censor patches, just as the Steam versions?

Yes, the games are repackaged Steam versions anyway.

Got it, thanks.
Was anyone able to get the Sunrider: Mask of Arcadius patch to work? When I installed the patch and launched the game, none of the controls work and the user can't click on any of the buttons. Is there any way to fix this? Was the GOG version changed from the Steam version?

Did you launch the game before applying the patch? I don't know if it makes a difference, but that's what I did.

Instead of saying "GOG version" on the bottom left, it now says "Restoration Patch Detected". I can click on stuff, so I'm not sure what your issue might be. Did you put the two files from the .zip archive into the 'game' folder?

Works for me under GNU/Linux. An important thing to note was that the decensor patch rpa/rpy files needed to be placed in <Sunrider root installation dir>/game/game directory (and not just single game, like instructions for Steam version suggested). This might be a peculiarity of how GOG handles GNU/Linux game installations though. In any case, controls work perfectly fine for me.

Does your game display RESTORATION PATCH DETECTED instead of GOG EDITION in the bottom left corner?

I installed the 2 files for the patch and then started the game. I'm running Win7.

Basically it plays the intro movie which can't be skipped for some reason, then it says something about overwriting a save file but the user can't click anywhere on the screen. Does this game require an installation of Python to work?

Should work out of the box - Python interpreter is bundled, as is a copy of Ren'Py. Maybe try disabling compositing? Are you running it through Galaxy or standalone?

Not sure what's the point considering those are official downloads but sure - the checksums are the same for me.

That's easy: These aren't hosted on GOG, and the official sources might become unavailable - one of the links is already broken. Now we have a set of MD5 values, verified by both of us, which anyone can use to verify downloads from other sources in the future.

Super important? No, not really. More of "we can do it, easily, so why not" kind of thing.

Anyway, thank you for checking the values! Appreciated. :)

All 3 patches tested and working as intended. Thanks for this post. +1
I thought the GOG versions were supposed to be uncensored out the gate. Lame! I'm curious as to what I missed playing the first time through now.
