Hello! If you have a bug or feedback please:

First check our Known Issues

Then How to Report a Bug

And finally, send directly to skies@failbettergames.com

There is also a handy Sunless Skies FAQ here.

Thank you!
Hello delicious sky captains,

You may be wondering why we prefer to receive bug reports via email rather than on forum threads.

Every company manages their support system differently, and like a number of game developers we prefer to receive bug reports through our internal ticketing system. This database allows us to analyse volumes, track issues and look back on reports more effectively (not only when we are addressing them, but also when we come to do retrospectives on bugs and projects as a whole).

It means we have a permanent record of your bug/feedback and it's not lost in the ether as can happen on some forums. Our ticketing system is also convenient for us since it can be linked directly to our bug tracking and project management tool. If ever we need to contact you for more details in relation to a bug, even months down the line, we have your details at the touch of a button.

While we will have a presence on the forums, we are a small team with limited resources and emailing us will always be the best way to get in touch, with the fastest response time.

If email is just not convenient for you, we totally understand, and by all means please continue to post on the forums. We may not respond to every single topic but rest assured, we are here, we are listening and we will track down those bugs and nuke them.

Your feedback and help are really important to us, after all we are making this game together.

Thanks for your patience and all the awesome reports so far.

Is there a way to access your tickets manager, so we can see what issues are already reported and maybe see if there are known workarounds for them? If it’s not public, is it sane to hope you will think about allowing a public read-only access to it at some point?

Hey there,

Our ticketing system is sadly not geared up to allow public access, however we do keep a list of Known Issues on our website.

It's not an exhaustive list, for example we don't put exploitative bugs on there, but there's a lot of info on there. Wherever there is a work-around for a bug it'll be in red text.
Hey there. I think GOG has some problems with achievement registration. He gave me achievement, for restoring the Clockwork Sun to its strength and its glory, but i didn't do that. I haven't found this at that moment. It happened when I first came to London. Or then I reloaded the game it told what i found all stations in reach, but this is also wrong. Did anyone have such problems?
Hello. Sorry for the bad news, but it seems like yesterday's update made the game unstable on my end. Now it crashes after 10 min of game, roughly. Apparently regardless of what I am doing. It just stops functionning.

I have seen 2 users on Steam also have raised similar issue since yesterday. It seems to be a general issue related to the update.
