I'm only on the second mission, and keep failing because I'm still struggling with the controls. The control configuration is confusing to me because when in-game, all I'm able to use are the "Fighter Controls" which only allow "Roll Left" and "Roll Right" evasive maneuvers. I THINK I would do better if I can use the "Strike Suit Controls" which allow "Strafe Up", "Strafe Down", "Strafe Left" and "Strafe Right", but haven't been able to figure out how to enable these controls. How do I switch from "Fighter Controls" to "Strike Suit Controls"? The configuration (settings) says "X" should "Switch Firing Mode" but nothing changes when I use "X".

Could someone please help a complete NOOB out?

You get the Strike Suit later, Mission 3 or 4, it's pretty obvious then ;)
