Okay, got it after all. I meant to pose this as a question, but I found the solution:

"The first letter of the plant they call 'Truthsayer'" -> "Lisle of Neptune - Boletus Veritum"
"The number of petals on a lucky Cabillia flower" -> 6 Petals usually, but if it has 7 it brings good fortune.

So: L7
