I can't find it at the start of the game. Is it somewhere in a level?

I don't find it either. There should be a lever on the right from the weapons at the start, but there is none.

And I can´t find the OST of the Game, in the Text are write included Original Ost

Yeah Iv got this issue also :( No idea where I could go to get it.

I have sent them an email and a tweet regarding the situation.

The pre-order weapon is located on the right wall in the weapon selection room

If you don't see the weapon, please make sure to refresh your account https://www.gog.com/account/refresh and download the pre-order DLC installer just under the main installation files for the main game.

Um, seems there is no ammo for the gun, rendering it pretty useless... or am I missing something important?

You need to enter a level, hold down the left mouse button, and just wait.

I got my pre-order bonus.

I simply sent GOG a simple email with proof of when I purchased it under the appropriate topic :)

No, the text did not say soundtrack unless I was completely blind. The only offer with pre-order was the weapon, not the soundtrack.
