Hi everyone,
I have finished the first three parts of this AMAZING game.I want to save part 4 a little because there are only 4 parts as far as I know.

If anyone wants hints for the first 3 so far, please let me know in this thread. :)
If you are just reading the thread you really really really want to give this a shot yourself first because there are a ton of nice surprises contained therein.

I found this game to be very immersive and great story telling.
Well, glad to see someone's there to help.

In the first game, the alarm clock started blaring and I am told to make it stop. But whatever I enter, I only get to read "MAKE IT STOP MAKE IT STOP MAKE IT STOP". But I also can not interact with the clock on top of the screen directly. What am I missing? Cheers and thanks a bunch!

To the poster above me, you have to type the command. I can't remember what it was exactly, but something like "Turn off the alarm."

Now, my question: I'm at the start of episode 3. I set the radio to the frequency I was given, but I'm not sure what to do next. I can't make out what the voice is saying over the radio.

Hello there.
Sometimes it can jam up and not let you interact. There can be a delay. If you press space or enter a few times it should return then just tye "turn off alarm", You cannot interact with the clock. You're welcome, not a problem, happy to help :)

Oh yes, it might sound strange to tye turn off alarm especially when it is upstairs and you're downstairs.......or is it ? hint hint :)

Hope that helps. :)

Hello there :)
Ok this happened to me and then I realised I had the wrong frequency modulation on so ensure it is AM or FM or USB etc that should do the trick.

When you set the frequency you will have some instructions and/or some kind of code. Sometimes this involves going over to the Microfisch machine and using that. Much like Episode 2, you use tab to get over to that machine.

Oh one more hint, you CAN zoom in on the microfisch machine there are 2 sliders, two buttons, one circular knob and a mini joystick in all for the Microfisch controls :)

Hope this helps :)

Last episode.

I get out from the car and I guess I should put whiskey in blue car, but I'm unable to figure out the correct command.
Thanks for any help.

Hmmm, I'll take a look, although I thought I had it set right and it was just me being unable to hear it. XD

according to steam forum looking at the ball is the anwser but I can't see anything. could be a bug.

Look closly at picture on left. You should look for pairs of glyph. 2 are vertical and 2 are horizontal.
I played on 1080p and it was hard to spot.

I kinda suspected the entire steam forums were screwing with people. that's pretty cruel. That was my first instinct.
edit: thanks, it's not so complicated. (also you can zoom with right click).

I had the same issue - no glyphs flashing.

I found a video of someone playing through this chapter on youtube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=McxiDf5n3zk) and he does get the flashes of glyph pairs when looking at the ball. So it looks likely to be a bug for some monitors or graphic cards. I just copied his solution to get past this section...
I'm on a laptop and the glyph's problem was nasty until I figured it out that you need to choose a glyph on the right that could MAKE the glyph on the left. It took me hours to figure it out.

Can't really do a screen shot but this should help get the right glyph.

and go from 24:05

The glyphs DO flash up on the screen really quickly though just like on the video here.
Nevermind! I solved it. There's an appendix for the alphabetical codes. This game is so cool!

Case 3: I get

Mike Zulu Sierra Hotel Bravo Echo

MZSHBE

but the input won't accept it. What should I do?

Hello there,
Ok you are correct with the MZSHBE, now you need to look up those letters on the Microfische machine.
I'll give you the first few....

M=15, Z=2

Hope this helps.

and I concur with your appraisal completely, this game is VERY VERY cool. Short yes but WOW what a ride !

Did anyone find more than two cassette tapes in the hospital in episode 4?

It is: "pour whiskey in blue car"
Man, that one killed me.
I typed "take bottle" to pick it up and "look at bottle" to examine it. So when I got to this part of the game, I kept typing "put bottle in blue car" and "pour bottle in blue car" and "throw bottle in blue car." It kept saying it didn't understand. Sixty seconds from the end of the game and I spent 15 mins typing every synonym for put/place/pour/set/throw that I could think of to no success because it let me call the item a "bottle" previously in the game, but now specifically wanted the word "whiskey" (and only "whiskey") to work.

Mostly, I really like this game; I even liked the limited instructions and having to fumble about for the right command word in most contexts. But there were 2 or 3 spots where it became much more frustrating than it should have been and this was one of them precisely because it allowed me to interact with an object using one word previously and then wouldn't let me use that same word in this moment, which was a design oversight. It should have made me say whiskey before or let me continue using bottle now.
