Because GOG support ignores my ticket I have to ask question here.
When will we get the 2.2.5 version of Stellaris for Linux?

Maybe when it's out of beta. But maybe not, They are unpredictable with this game...

2.2.4 was beta version when it was released on GOG.

And so was 2.2.3. That's why I call them unpredictable.
They probably stopped updating the Linux version for good....
Well played....
At last I received the answer from GOG support team, they are working on it but due to technical difficulties they don't have any ETA.
Sure :D technical difficulties :D

They just decided to skip the Linux version 2.2.5.....
As we are now past 2.2.5, past 2.2.6, and on to 2.2.6.3, with a possible further patch to be released today or tomorrow, I hope they will update soon. Particularly since the most recent patches have fixed several particularly annoying bugs and have repaired compatibility with several popular mods.
The Linux version got updated to 2.2.6.4.
