Zero here on my end as far as the first category is concerned.

In regards to noteworthy observations I stumbled across two smaller flaws:

A floating bucket:
https://i.imgur.com/qcIHKf6.jpg

And a floating shrubbery:
https://i.imgur.com/wOjN2so.jpg

Both in Les Invalides and relatively easy to track down via the screenshots.

In the suggestions department I think it would make sense to also have the HUD/In-Game UI (when set to "Minimal") come into view when switching between "quick access items" on the belt.
As of now this isn't the case and you're left having to guess which item is the currently selected/active one. I got used to and around it by memorising which item is in which position on the belt but having the HUD/In-Game UI show briefly for the cycling through of the quick items and then have it fade away again should be doable?

Again, it's all good even if that's not possible.
Couldn't help but notice this sloppily placed tree trunk right across the ramp/makeshift bridge into the actual Invalides here:
https://i.imgur.com/MDI5ltM.jpg
More little things of note:

Floating barrels 1:
https://i.imgur.com/Wgic2z7.jpg

Floating barrels 2:
https://i.imgur.com/ycwhrjJ.jpg

One of the buildings on the Factory's compound has this hollowed-out space underneath it which I think isn't supposed to be there(?):
https://i.imgur.com/jFmSw5d.jpg

Mechanical leg asset in the Unstable Forger's smithy that surely must have been either misplaced or placed with the wrong orientation (supposed to be lying on the floor)(?):
https://i.imgur.com/FZDOYMN.jpg
Anyone else have fps below 60fps. I'm using a 3960X with a 6800 XT, this makes no sense. There must be a setting that's tanking fps. I thought it was raytracing but that's off and nothing has changed. Main menu gets me 200 fps but in game it tanks @1080p. In order to get 1080p@120 Hz I had to turn the graphically settlings to low.

Only time it dipped and got a little choppy was when it had to render the panoramic view of Paris at one point before entering Les Invalides, apart from that nothing but smooth sailing here on my end.
It's a beta build after all (with, as mentioned, raytracing and DLSS not implemented, refractions/reflections are not working correctly as well), performance not being consistent or stable all the time is to be expected.
The game is not saving my progress. Whenever the game show loading icon, it show "the game could not save" every time.
The above reported things from the Beta (here, here and there) are still present in the final release version.

There's this particular house asset used in Gros Caillou whose window is missing proper texturing (muntin bars dividing the glass into individual panes)

Floating, not properly grounded shrubbery along the path from Gros Caillou to Les Invalides (next to the broken down carriage, as pictured):

A rather oddly placed, physics-defying sack there:
https://i.imgur.com/kBp29vl.jpg
Character stuck between tree and wall in Luxembourg in the garden. I managed to jump on top of bushes and ended up drop down between tree and wall -> character can't get out and basically stuck there forever.
Yes, I did resort to use dissemble coin to get out but losing all those souls kinda hurts.

Any chances of the game having DS4 icons?

I can't seem to enable the GoG overlay in the game, the option in the manage installation is greyed out. Does the game not support/use the overlay (would love to see when I get an achievement), or is this something on my end of things?
Hello, I had issues about low fps with low cpu/low gpu usage (5% cpu and 20% gpu max), I've solved this disabling Core Isolation in Windows 11 (also in Windows 10), now the game run very well.

Hope my experience can help someone. :)

Statue obviously either missing the pedestal it's supposed to stand on or that needs to be lowered to ground level (Luxembourg Quartier):

This particular blood decal sticking to... nothing and literally hovering mid-air.
I assume it's either supposed to be horizontally underneath the corpse or, considering that the corpse should be leaning against something which isn't there - the decal should be on the pedestal of a statue (one like the two pictured in the screenshots)? (Luxembourg Quartier):

A quick one until the next bigger batch of reports is ready:

When speaking to Julien Raimond AFTER having rescued Monseigneur de La Fare he still responds as if that's not the case. As pictured, Monseigneur de La Fare even made it back to the Société des Amis des Noirs HQ in the meantime and, in fact, has taken a seat right next to him there.
