Hi all,

I recently bought this game and was extremely frustrated that no fixes posted so far solved my issue.

However I remember having troubles with Birth of the Federation with my 144hz refresh rate.

So I went into the Nvidia Control panel > Manage 3D settings , added startopia.exe in program settings and set

"Preferred refresh rate <monitor name>" == "Application-Controlled"

Solved!

Just in case anyone else has / will come up with this issue.

I cant find it anywhere
