which is the right patch for playing Tie-Fighter (1998) with ISD Laser fix, without d3d or any custom ddraw.ddls?
I tried several patches/mods but all with custom ddraw.dll had choppy enemies, even in 8/16bit.
They work fine with the ddraw.dll which comes with the game
