Good job. On what difficulty did you play on? I completed all secondary objectives on hard difficulty.

Jeez, you guys must be better than me, I can barely scrape through some Primary Missions on Hard on some missions, never mind about secondary or bonus goals (although I can mostly manage all of the secondary and a few of the bonus goals on most)

If I can give one tip, it would be energy management. When you need to get somewhere fast, don't hesitate to divert all laser and shield power to engines.
