Does anyone know how to add the stage select music back? Just curious if it's possible.

Thanks!

the music is missing? why? (i never played SotE before)
Just the music at the stage select screen is missing. All of the rest of the music is there. I have no idea why it's missing.
I noticed that as well, it's pretty disappointing. That menu music is one of the most iconic parts of this game. It's the first time I play the PC version though and I'm half wondering if perhaps only the N64 version had it (which would be ridiculous but stranger things have happened).
The PC version never had music in the select stage screen.

I never quite understood this attachment to the N64 chiptunes, they kept them for the PC port of Rogue Squadron 3D and I never liked them at the time, I got used to them but... really?

that's exactly right, the PC Version (which by the way I was not able to get to work on my system - different OS, different drives and settings - no way) never had that stage select music, I've got the original CD-Rom release of the game and that track you meantioned is not among the CDDA tracks in the CD...
I'm just happy the gog-release has the in game music at all, those "old" star wars games which used CDDA tracks alway had some difficulties on newer OS, since for the track to be played properly your CD drive had to have the drive letter D: assigned and could not be a drive letter behind the hdd drive and some times didn't work without that extra sound cable attached between the cdrom drive and the mainboard...
it was alway a drag to get the classic star wars games to work flawlessly...

thx @gog for the release!
Yeah it was never there to play. BUT was there a way to add it to play in the menu regardless? Any kind of script to trigger it that we could use?
