On Telos, does Samhan always keep a Dark Jedi Master Robe in his "Special Inventory"? I don't recall ever having seen one available in the game this early and I want to know if I should jump on it now while it's there.
There are merchants with a random inventory, you can grab nice stuff if you're lucky.
Now, those items will be replaced by others every time you reload the game, so your robes are most likely lost, sorry.

Since the only certain way to get them is at the very end of the game, you should have bought them, as a dark side character.

They were still there. Snagged them for 5000.

Nice, that is what I call a good investment :D.
I wish it was true that you could refresh merchants' shelves just by saving and loading! Then, with patience, you could find anything you wanted to buy.
There must be something to evil. I'm getting access to all sorts of cool armor that I'd never seen before until much later. Of course it helps when you kill EVERYTHING; it significantly increases the number of drops. :P

It was once, I know that much. I guess it has been fixed by a patch, or possibly by TSLRCM? Ah, anyway, I think it's better this way.
Time for facts :)

1) Some of the vendor stock is fixed.
2) Upon first TALKING(!) to the vendor their stock is initialised. So reloading does change it up, but only if you haven't had it roll an inventory by talking to them.
3) Once a stock is rolled, it's permanent, so if you save afterwards+reload, the same items appear.
4) Loot is level based, there are modifications to it (like -2/+4) upon generating a store-inventory, which is why you see the variation, but a vendor talked to at level 1 can never hold a level 20 item unless it was fixed in their store.

Hope that helped...

EDIT: 5) Due to a bug only half of the robes (2-15) appeared in the game rather than the proper (2-30). When using TSLRCM you may note seeing robes you saw much later in the base game much sooner since it's 1 new robe per level rather than the original bugged 1 per 2 levels.

There is always a bigger nerd than you. And then there is this guy.

Thanks, that explains a lot :)
I just picked up the Zeison SHA Initiate armor and now I look like I should be in a gay pride parade.

I'm going to take over the galaxy and when I do I'm going to look FAAAAAABULOUUUUSS!!!
Really? That's an exploit, then. Though not so large an exploit as I thought we were talking about. I guess it's similar to reloading to prior to looting chests. You only get one set of merchandise that you have to live with; but you can waste as much time as you want, to make it the set that you desire.

There's plenty of loot in the game, without gaming it for a better selection, I think.
Well, there is a chest on Peragus II where a lightsaber could spawn... many crazy players reload the game a bazillion times in order to get it.
Nope, lightsabers are not part of the random loot, so they can never appear outside of set instances.
FAR OUT!

Did you know if you keep telling the Handmaiden to put her clothes back on she whips out a set of white Jedi robes? :D

That is so cool.

To think, all these years I've been trying to keep girls out of their clothes.

Well... that is part of her story, really.
She will put some clothes on when you have clothes on while asking her to put clothes on, resulting in her putting clothes on... right?
