It just happened recently. The loading bar will go around 1/3 of the way and wont move anymore. I can still hear the music. The only mods i have are the community patch 1.8.1 and the UNIWS widescreen to play in 1080p. I let it load for a couple minutes to see if it was just loading really really really slow and it didn't budge. Im on Manann and the loading screen freezes whenever i try to enter the sith embassy/base. I tried the keycard method and it doesn't load. I tried from the dock and it still doesn't load.

I'm actually playing with the restored content mod and uniws right now on Manaan, and just completed the Sith base without a problem. Game seems very stable.

Not really sure what I can say to help you, but I think you'd get more tech support type help from the Steam forums. Granted, that's about all they're really good for imo because the mods there seem to ban/censor you for speaking your mind about the game there.
