Really, no information at all? Please, what exactly happens when you start the game, when does it crash?
There are 1010560616 threads out there with similar problems, have you checked them out yet?

the game launches to the main menu i click new game i customize my character then press play it loads then crashes
ive done compatabillity checks ive tried dos box ive been trying to find and play these games for ten years
i have a new windows 10 laptop

You have a problem with the video cutscenes of the game, like many others. What happens when you disable movies?

Disable (temporarily) any security software you have while you play games. Many, such as antivirus, prevent the correct execution of games and software, especially old/er games. Close all other processes that you absolutely do not need.

Also, do you have an ATI/AMD graphics card? Or maybe an integrated Intel card?
