On the graphic options i can't mark neither frame buffer effects and soft shadows because they are greyed out. I got a win7 64 bits system and an intel HD 4400 integrated card

I don't think those options are available on intel integrated graphics. I had my game default to integrated and they were grayed out like yours. When I told it to use my dedicated card, they were available.

I don't use them however since I heard they are glitchy.
