So I start the game, it gets to the menu just fine. I select 'new game'. I create a new character. The opening crawl displays and then just as I think it is getting to point where you actually start to play, it crashes. No error message displays just closes the program. Please help. Thanks in advance

Edit: I found a patch file in another thread that fixed my problem.
