Since they didn't bother adding french language support, here's the patch to copy in the base game :

Includes :
- French videos
- French text
- French voices (anakin/watto/announcers)

While this is a nice thing to share, isn't this also illegal?
You don't own the copyright or any other rights to distribution.

Instead, I'd suggest requesting this feature officially, so that this can be done fully legal (and it will be easier to install, too).
