If you are getting this error message every time you start the game, AND you are using the Nvidia game capture software, TURN IT OFF. Dunno if anyone else has already found this fix, but It solved all of my problems. My game was crashing every time i tried to play, and I was thinking it was just the shi**y pc port, but if theres anything i know about fixing bricked video games, its to get rid of dat overlay babyyy. Now im running 1440p 60 fps, so cha ching. like it really matters with this jaggy ass game tho, how about a remaster instead.

You obliviously run the game in an unsupported resolution...

use -v option in the exe to get the resolution option (something like that)
