nsg15: 32bpp does work with Win8 however you will still need a Nvidia card to play. In order to play with any graphics card use the fixes below.
Below are the patches we have created this morning using dgvoodoo which include the graphics fixes for both MotS and JK. Basically its a DDraw wrapper that emulates a older version of Direct3D providing a smooth experience for all users with all graphics cards. This release has been tested on Xp/7/8/10 Preview with AMD & Nvidia cards and is working. Enjoy Guys

Great work! since you are partly (or completely) responsible for these patches maybe you can tell me why I might be having stuttering FMV's now and how i might be able to fix it. I need the patch to play JK enhanced but the patch makes my FMV's stutter. So at the moment i have gog version that works perfectly or the enhanced version with stuttering fmv...
