So... reckon we'll see Outcast and/or Academy at some point?

I seem to recall Raven had some sort of legal issues when they released the source code.

I believe the issues stemmed from the inclusion of proprietary XBOX code. They removed those parts and re-released the rest.

It's now a matter of Disney and Activision reaching an agreement for a GOG release. Hopefully that's not too big a hurdle.

Unfortunately that is not a correct assessment of the situation. The game engine source code was made public (and then pulled...) but game assets were never released, and there's no way Raven Software would ever have the authority to do that.

Especially when the games are still being sold (such as on Steam, and this week's Humble Bundle).
