Mission8 :: Fertigungsanlage | Robotics Facility [ it's Mission8 ] i can't change title
If you hang on the ice in mission 8, you have to change the following dosbox_DF.conf in the root of your darkforces installation folder.

cputype= auto
cycles=fixed 33000
cycleup=1000
cycledown=1000
change "cycles= max " -> "cycles= fixed 33000"
this is on my computer the topmost speed i could set to have "normal" ice. each faster cycle value will glue me to the ice.
