I tried downloading the game latest offline installers from my account into a laptop I own in the hopes I could play against somebody else. However, while the game runs fine in the laptop, it refuses to connect to the GOG servers. It redirects me to making a "Gamespy Account", which I have never done in the past. In my Desktop PC, where I installed the game originally from the offline installers, after the last update, each time I click on Multiplayer in the maingame, it redirects me directly to the gaming servers without me needing to put any password or account name (in fact, it lists my name as the same name that appears here on my GOG account).

My question is, do I require to uninstall the game and download it with GOG Galaxy for it to be listed as "owned by somebody else" for it to be able to connect to the servers or something similar? (As if it was an Steam game?). In advance, thanks.
