Both Battlefront 1 and 2 are $9.99 normally, but currently Battlefront 2's sale price is much lower than Battlefront 1. Why is this?

Because Battlefront 1 only just got a digital download release, whilst Battlefront 2 has had one for quite some time (2015 I think it was).

Battlefront 2 has been available for years. 1 is older, yes, but was basically missing from digital stores until GOG released it.
