It was a Star Trek FPS before Elite Force, using the Unreal 1 engine, where you play as a Klingon elite force member with some interesting weapons such as wrist mounted disc launcher. I hope GOG can add non-Activision ST games, since it was published by Microprose.

Rights to Microprose titles are not a mess, they're a nuclear disaster zone. According to this hour-long game post-mortem for Birth of the Federation that was also a MPS Trek game, the community tried to track down who even has the rights and/or source code for the game. The latter is most likely lost, and if the former is not in a dusty Atari archive, the games are in a VERY deep copyright hell.
I'm not going to link it but the game can be found by searching for it as abandonware. This will be the original game; no modernization or stability patches are included. I have no problem with getting a copy of the game like this; otherwise the game would be lost forever. That said I can't encourage anyone to download abandonware that isn't open source as, depending on your country's take on such software and the potential copyright(s), could be illegal.

Tread carefully but, if someone manages to find the copyright holders, make it known that this game is wanted by Star Trek fans and classic FPS enthusiasts.
