I noticed during the training mission that there appears to be no or incorrect alpha transparency on the background and foreground sprites. For instance, the edges of the closed holodeck doors have the hallway behind it showing through, and in the next screen the branches in the foreground cut out full pixels of the main character if walking behind them. Not a terrible issue, but somewhat distracting.

Was it always this way, or is it perhaps due to the game running in a 3Dfx wrapper? Is there a fix? I don't remember ever noticing this back in the day, but I think I must have played the game in Direct3D mode back then.
