Most bad translation this year, and I played some games.
"Hagel" for "Hail"?

for me the game does no longer start in 1.3 and set to german or english does not matter

It just did a test (german localization) - it loads slow then ever, but no problems.
They even fixed some language problems.
Maybe you could do a reinstall?

did a reinstall, i dont know since when, but the game is looking on a "D"-Drive for files and cannot find those.
Probably not an issue related to translation so - off topic here.

Just to be complete, This is the error:

I run the game for a few cseconds and have 2,5 MILLION times logged exactly these 3 lines.
Once i ran the game for a couple hours (bevore i knew, the error was logged) and found a 44GB Logfile!

I opened a ticket at GOG and posted in the Star Controll Tech-Support-Forum at Stardock, but all i heard was, that the Path is not referring my mashine, but the mashine it has been built on. Very strange it logs this on my mashine...
