It takes a while to create a new game in STALKER. Once that is done, it can take a while to load a save for a level the first time after starting the game. There are two parts to this, loading the resources of the game and initializing the Alife (AKA 'synchronizing').

To speed up the first part, use the " -noprefetch" command line option. You are already using an SSD. Other suggestions are here.

Even with the SSD, synchronizing can be very slow. One suggestion I have for vanilla game players is the ZRP. It can speed up the synchronizing phase noticeably.

Yeah, I don't think there's any way to eliminate the long loading times. Mine have always been long too.
