Hi. The problem is: after downloading CoP in Italian, the game starts in English. I don't use Galaxy and don't want use it for no only MP games, so I downloaded the game normally on gog site.

So, how to understand at GoG that if you select Italian language I must download the installer Italian? I have no idea honestly....

The game's installers are all the same, meaning all the languages are included in the (multi language) installer.
You can change the game's language using the applet "Settings.exe" in the installation folder.

P.S. The "img" tag doesn't work here, but you can add an image to your post using the "attach" feature.

You can make your CALL OF PRIPYAT game as playable like SOC was once by replacing these rubbish voice-over childish English vocals with Russian vocals and keep English text/subtitles in game, check out that easy ultimate fix for this great game:
