so the question is basically in the title. As far as I have read the "Complete"-mods don't really work with the Russian version. Are there any good alternatives or should I just resign and install the English one.

I'd be glad if somebody could help me out.

do you mean to play with the rus voice acting?
a good deal of mods will do you in that case including oblivion lost (and pretty much anything incorporating it).
