Better delete/move/rename that v.vth file before installing patch...

Not a good choice since my saved progress is in that file. I ended up copying my old v.vth file back to able to continue. Not sure though if I miss out on anything by doing so...

I am not sure about it's only startup fix . Because it seems team name corruption bug fixed . Not tested too much yet but it seems fixed :D

Hmm I have installed the patch and the gme doesn't start up any more!

it happened to me when I have had that v.vth file from the "quick fix" installed here: C:\Users\(Username)\AppData\Roaming\Speedball2 - backup and move that file somewhere first,
then try run Speedball again...
If it doesn't work, then you probably have to uninstall whole game and install it again (and pay attention to remove that v.vth file from the path above before running patch).
