With the Steam version of this game you eventually end up playing against Brutal Deluxe in career mode.

Depending on how long it takes for the match-up it either kills the progression once match it over and corrupts file, or you are in a loop of playing the same match over and over (if you win, not tested if you lose).

Does the GoG version suffer this issue? Since the publisher and developer never supported game on Steam after release.
