There have been three updates to the game on Steam since February 2019 (most recent being v1015) and at least v1013 added some nice features, like swapping of Waldo colors and vertical mirroring of the placed elements.

Support for the community edition would be great too, if only to not further split the player base.

The current GOG version (v1012) doesn’t even show the comparison charts with other players. Thankfully I also have a game license on Steam (v1016).

Disappointing.

Except it's not true - GOG's version is v1016, AFAIK the latest one available.

How did you get that? I downloaded the installer, setup_spacechem_gog-1_(18419).exe, and this starts as v1012.

Edit:
I see for Mac and Linux, both versions are listed as 1016. Very funny, GOG.

Even funnier: the version downloaded via GOG Galaxy is indeed v1016.
I am very unhappy with you, GOG.

Just received an update today for the offline installer: version 1016_hotfix

Yet, it gives me an error 404 when attempting to download the installer (setup_spacechem_1016_hotfix_(40617).exe).

Same here, with GOG Galaxy failed to download it too.
Tried support service, the virtual chat assistant asks me to provide DXDiag report to "resolve" this and doesn't let me report URL broken.

Very unprofessional, GOG.

OK, it seems that the download is fixed now. Both web download and GOG Galaxy download work.

Agreed. The chat bot is useless to resolve this issue. I ended up opening a thread on the main forum to ask someone from GOG directly to address this issue because there was no other way to contact GOG. SmollestLight replied and forwarded my complaint, thought.
