also did some crossover thing that failed too how do i run on mac?

All of the Space Quest games are listed as Windows only. This probably means that whatever rights holder to the Space Quest series never updated the installers if they had ever been Mac compatible to be compatible with the arbitrary changes Mac OS made to the system that made most everything incompatible and a headache.
As for running that on Mac, you could just use your DOSbox equivalent software (whatever it is these days) and work it from there, using a frontend if you want, seeing as all of the Space Quest games are DOS executable.
