i found an crossover installer setup that doesnt work eitehr how do i play these games on my mac?

You need to use Wineskin to install the games, then you can either play the game in wine (not recommended) or in ScummVM (highly recommended).

The easiest way to install the games with wineskin is to use the free "Portingkit" app from paulthetall:

So:
Step 1: Download the games from GOG. I don't know how this works on Galaxy (I don't use it), but you need to know the download location.
Step 2: Download Portingkit (link above)
Step 3: Run Portingkit and use it to install the SQ game (as part of the process you will be asked for the location of the game file downloaded in Step 1)
Step 4: Just play the game using the app created by Portingkit; OR

Step 4 (alternate): Download ScummVM https://www.scummvm.org/downloads/
Step 5: Add the game to ScummVM (using the files in the app created in Step 3 above).
Step 6: Play the game using ScummVM

It is extra work to play the games in ScummVM, but definitely worth it and very highly recommended.

Or innoextract -> ScummVM, etc.
