As the topic states,does this game have a skirmish mode i.e. vs AI? if not, are there any mods that enable bots or have their own multiplayer bot modes?

Thinking of buying this, but the info available on other sites is a little sketchy on skirmish and bot availability. Same goes for finding mods that allows you to go up against bots. (Like CoH skirmish mode)
