I purchased SoF2 here from GoG, and am really disappointed with the purchase. I have spent hours trying to get the game to run, however I have the following issues:

1. Unable to change my controls: My keyboards key input are not registered/recognized by the game. The game is just completely non responsive to any key input.
2. Unable to adjust the game's resolution: both in-game or manually via the option file. The game also remains at its default screen resolution.

I am using Windows 10, playing the game on a Surface Pro 5. Is there anyone that can help me fix this issue?

You're trying to play the game on a tablet?
I don't think that's even possible.
You are using a keyboard that is probably not supported for playing this game.
