I'm 5 ways baffled, I'm not new to trouble shooting and I've tried compatibility modes, reinstalling, verifying files, tried renaming the exe to mohaa as suggested. But I haven't seen anyone describe THIS kinda problem. It looks like I'm getting a disconnect problem LIKE I'm in multiplayer but this is single player.
I know GoG has no DRM so I'm baffled to what this. I can't move forward, I can look around. The game seems to be running fine, it's just me who can't move. It really feels like I'm disconnected from multiplayer but I'm in singleplayer.
The things I changed in the options settings were minimal, I upped the res, increased the details and what not but nothing crazy. No ini edits or mods.
I apologize for the photo but I could not get a screenshot to work with this game.

16gb of ddr3ram

Apparently vsync has to be forced? I'm not sure if this an issue with my high refresh rate monitor or what but when I forced vsync via nvida's control panel the game appears to work fine.
