Hello, has someone managed to find a solution to the screen flicker issue? It affects nvidia cards. I have googled and browsed all forums and discussions onlie, tweaked settings in game and in Windows 10 - all two no avail. Hoped that the new patch would take care of it but it still happens. Any help is much appreciated. Great game!

If you are talking about the flicker that occurs whenever selecting a card with the mouse, I have that, too, on one of my older computers.
Try playing with a gamepad. That solved the issue for me.
