I see "not yet available" on the Sin Gold box under the game name in my library. When I go to the game directly, it says "Not Compatible" and the Install button is greyed out. I submitted an assistance reply but keep getting automated responses telling me to "reply to this email if this did not help", and replying to those gives back the exact same reply.

Am I missing something here?

Same error for me, not avalaible in Gog Galaxy, have to download it manually.

Are you usung Windows 10?

Because SiN is not yet officially compatible with Win 10, that could be a reson why the download option is greyed out in Galaxy..

I get that error message on Win 8.1 64-bit.
Not only Sin, but Bard's Tale has it too.

The message is because the Galaxy installer for these games hasn't been made yet. They need to be installed with the normal installer.

That makes sense. It's incredible how quick one can get used to Galaxy and freaks out when must do something manually :)

still not fixed yet. Not a big problem, but its annoying as im getting used to use Galaxy. ;)

i´m using windows 7 , and I can´t install sin gold by GOG Galaxy , How can I install manually ?

Open the Sin Gold page in Galaxy, click on the 'More' button, choose 'Get Backup & Extras' and then download the standalone installer that should appear in the list.

I can confirm that the game works flawlessly on Windows 10, as I've finished both the main game and the expansion last week on that OS. Just do a manual installation.

Can you at least import it into GOG Galaxy after manually installing, or will it not recognize it?

The latter, I just tried it. The Bard's Tale with the same problem can be imported though.
