Hello.

Does anybody know of a site where I can find if I can run this game on my computer. It seems this release is not found on several sites that cover game requirements, and the stated requirements really are not specific enough.

Anybody have any ideas?
GOG lists the System Requirements for every game on the Game Card Page.

Here are the Windows System Requirements:
Minimum system requirements: Windows XP / Vista / 7 / 8
2 GHz Processor
1 GB RAM
3D graphics card compatible with DirectX 9.0c
Mouse, keyboard, DirectX 9.0c-compatible sound card.

I cant be sure as Ive only just got this myself & have not downloaded it yet.
I do however own the original CD version which ran great on my first PC 233mhz 32mb ram 2gb HD & 2mb softwear mode only GFX card.
The last time I played the CD version it ran perfectly on my windows XP amd64 3700+ comp.
Soo if its the old one it should play great, remember its a quake 2 engine game.
I don't know why gog sticks so high spec requirements for well old games that should run great on a comp 10 years old

The GOG specs are generally higher since GOG usually has to edit and/or add programs to the game to make them run on modern systems. In the case of Sin, it requires the nGlide "Glide Wrapper" program to allow it to work on modern operating systems like Windows 7 and above. Since it's a modified game, it may not run properly on much older hardware.

Probably because those are the kind of systems they test the games on. Most of the customer base are using modern computers and nothing older than Win XP. There is also the issue of many old games being reworked to not load data from an actual CD-ROM but a virtual one which probably won't work on older computers/operating systems.
