Whenever I scroll around or zoom in and out, the buildings on my screen disappear and are replaced by light blue boxes. It takes ages for the buildings to then reappear. I played the crap outta SCU3k back in the day and I don't remember it being like this.

Anyone else have this issue?

It's a bit of a rendering issue, but intentional. Only the focused part of the map is kept in memory (to save memory), so it culls the rest of the map.
