Been playing SimCity four, and today for the first time I FINALLY noticed that a placed fire station does indeed have a ring around it like schools and such have.
The reason it took me so long to actually notice is because I'm red/green color blind. I have trouble seeing red. The fire station ring is red.
(I'm talking about the ring around already placed stations, not the white ring that appears when placing a new one.)

Is there any way (mod is fine) to change this to another color?

A little bit of bit of searching turned up nothing, so I ask here.
