Hi

In city view, the game is supposed to show white circles around city tiles being worked by citizens. This does not happen; the graphics elements in worked tiles are a little larger than inactive tiles, but there are no circles.

I'm running Windows 10, no mods.

Did you make sure to check the "show city radius" option in the options?

Are you playing the tutorial in vanilla Civ4? I think it was bugged and didn't show the circles, but they should be displayed in other game modes.

If that's not the case, then check all the graphical/interface menu options.
